EVOLVE Family Services is dedicated to creating a world where every person has access to nurturing, permanent, and supportive family relationships. As a private, non-profit organization, we provide inclusive and ethical services that support children, youth, individuals, and families through adoption, foster care, pregnancy support, youth services, and education.

Our integrated, person-centered approach ensures that each individual is met with compassion, respect, and guidance—no matter where they are on their journey.

As a community-based agency with statewide reach, EVOLVE offers the personalized care of a small organization with the depth, expertise, and program variety of a large one. Whether someone is looking to grow their family, access pregnancy support, or find culturally centered youth services, EVOLVE walks alongside them every step of the way.

Our team is passionate about serving individuals and families of all identities, cultures, and backgrounds. We break down barriers to family formation and support through trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and affirming services.

EVOLVE serves Minnesota statewide and western Wisconsin, with office locations in the Twin Cities and the St. Croix Valley.

Inspired Name, Intentional Identity:
We chose the name EVOLVE to reflect growth, transformation, and the changing nature of family. Families don’t fit one mold — and neither do we.
