At EVOLVE Family Services, we believe every child deserves a safe, loving, and permanent home. Our Adoption Services support individuals and families through every stage of the adoption process—whether you’re just starting to explore adoption, are ready to grow your family, or need post-adoption support. Rooted in compassion and driven by inclusivity, we work with families across Minnesota and Wisconsin to create nurturing connections that last a lifetime.
EVOLVE partners with the Minnesota Department of Children, Youth and Families (DCYF) to support Minnesota families in adopting children under state guardianship. Many children are part of sibling groups, school-aged children, and teens. There are little to no costs, with the goal of achieving permanency for youth.
EVOLVE’s Private Adoption programs supports expectant parents and adoptive families through every step of the infant adoption journey.
EVOLVE’s Post-Adoption Services offer ongoing support, resources, and guidance to help adoptees and families navigate life after adoption.
Waiting Families are individuals or couples ready to provide a permanent, loving home for an infant, and are hoping to match with expectant parents who have created an adoption plan.
