Families in this program would be matched with expectant parents receiving services through EVOLVE’s local (Minnesota and Western Wisconsin) Pregnancy Services program. If an expectant family EVOLVE is working with chooses to create an adoption plan for their infant, EVOLVE can facilitate the adoptive placement. Families interested in this program are required to be open to direct communication and openness with a child’s biological family. Infants in need of permanency in this program are of all races and ethnicities, of varying abilities/disabilities, who may have experienced prenatal substance use, and/or who may have a family history of mental health diagnoses.
