Join EVOLVE Family Services for an evening of connection with other families and launch into summer. We will be hosting our annual family event at Harmon Park equipped with a splash pad, playground, fields and indoor area. Activities and a meal will be provided, please feel free to join us for as little or long as you'd like! This event is open to all EVOLVE foster families.
For those who will play in the splash pad feel free to bring a change of clothes and towels, for those who want to play in the fields free to bring your own outdoor sports equipment

Names of all attendees (adults, caregivers, and children)
Ages of children attending
Contact information for caregivers
Transportation needs
When: Friday June 12th at 3:30pm-7:30pm
