Choosing to parent can bring excitement, uncertainty, and many questions. EVOLVE offers free, confidential support to help pregnant individuals and families navigate pregnancy, birth, and early parenting with confidence and care.
Our licensed pregnancy counselors provide non-judgmental, client-centered support and work alongside you to help remove barriers and connect you to resources that support your health, safety, and well-being.
How We Support You
Parenting support may include:
Parenting education and preparation
Assistance applying for medical assistance
Access to infant care items and basic needs
Referrals for housing, mental health counseling, and substance use support
Safety planning
Postpartum support, including diapers, formula, and parenting resources
Our goal is to help you make informed, planful decisions while ensuring you are supported during pregnancy and after your child is born.
You Are Not Alone
Every situation is unique. EVOLVE counselors meet with clients without bias and under complete confidentiality. If you live in Minnesota or western Wisconsin, we can meet at our office, your home, or another location that feels comfortable for you.
