What Support Looks Like

Referrals to organizations that provide termination services
Safety planning
Emotional support and follow-up resource referrals
EVOLVE does not provide termination services directly. However, we are here to help you understand your options and access care safely and confidentially.
Client-Centered and Confidential
Our licensed staff approach each situation without bias and with complete confidentiality. Services are available to individuals living in Minnesota or western Wisconsin, and meetings can take place in person or at another location of your choice.
