EVOLVE Infant Program Fees
$7,000 EVOLVE Infant Program* - Clients adopting from Minnesota or Western Wisconsin, provided there is space available in this program. Fee includes acceptance into EIP Program, family profile service with ability to be featured on EVOLVE’s website, program development and support. This non-refundable fee is due when your adoption study is complete.
$8,500 EVOLVE Pregnancy Services* - This fee includes all education, counseling, and support to clients, adoption planning, open adoption relationship planning and support, hospital and placement facilitation, assistance with legal process and program development.
$2,500 of this fee is due at time of match, for coordination and birth parent services rendered. This fee is nonrefundable. $6,000 of this fee is due at the time of child placement. 50% is refundable in the event of a failed placement. The entire fee becomes non-refundable once the legal risk period has ended. Additional fees that may apply:
$1,500 Termination of Parental Rights Fee- Depending on the state of residency of the birth parent, or other special circumstances that may arise, a formal Termination of Parental Rights hearing may be required. The social worker for the birth parent will coordinate with attorneys and the court system to schedule this hearing. Additionally, they will provide testimony as needed and complete all necessary documents for the county courts pertaining to the hearing from the agency.
$15,500 Adoption Application,
$1,500 ICPC Fee—Clients adopting a child from another state are required to complete the Interstate Compact Agreement on the Placement of Children (ICPC) Process. Your identified social worker will complete and submit the necessary content for your state of residency.
If both TPR and ICPC are needed, it will be a flat fee of $1500 for both. *These fees are due at time of placement and are non-refundable once work is initiated for ICPC and/or TPR.
