A Space to Connect, Learn & Grow
Parenting and caregiving come with questions, learning, celebrations, and challenges. Caregiver Connections creates space for Minnesota parents and caregivers of Black fostered and adopted youth to connect with others who understand the journey.
Together, we explore Black culture and identity, culturally responsive parenting, anti-racism, belonging, hair and skin care, community connections, and the everyday experiences that shape how Black children see themselves and the world around them.
Come with questions. Come with experiences. Or simply come to listen. You belong in the conversation.

Upcoming Caregiver Connections
Together, we’ll explore how identity develops, why representation matters, and how caregivers can take practical steps to help Black youth build authentic connections with people, spaces, and communities around them.
This is an opportunity to learn, reflect, ask questions, and connect with other caregivers who are committed to creating affirming environments where Black youth can thrive.
